EPR Plasmid #344: pRL-hATF4 5'UTR-RLuc
Purpose of plasmid Renilla luciferase reporter with the 5'UTR of human ATF4. The RLuc ORF is fused to the 5' part of the ATF5 ORF, so that the last uORF in the 5'UTR is overlapping with the RLuc ORF. Should be used in combination with EPR#14 (negative control) and EPR#16 (FLuc normalization control).
