EPR Plasmid #223: pHD2298
Purpose of plasmid CFP-boxB tethering reporter for Trypanosoma brucei, Cut with Not I to integrate in tubulin locus. The sequence is probably wrong, it has Hyg resistance but our notes and the publication say it is blasticidin.
