EPR Plasmid #185: pHD514
Purpose of plasmid Constitutive xpression of T7 polymerase in Trypanosome brucei. Cut with Not I before transfection, integration in the tubulin locus. The full sequence has not been verified and I don't know whether the polymerase has an NLS or not. But it works.
