Additional terms for the MTA between PROVIDER and RECIPIENT

Plasmids incorporate mCherry, obtained from Dr. Roger Y Tsien, a Howard Hughes Medical Institute ("HHMI") Investigator at the University of California, San Diego ("UCSD") and may be distributed to other non-profit organisations only with UCSD's prior consent, in writing, as demonstrated through the completion of the Tsien HHMI MTA form and a returned acknowledgement email from UCSD.
